Chris Lake is an experienced HR Business Partner currently working at Enable Leisure and Culture since December 2018. Previously, Chris held various operational roles at ODEON Cinemas Group from December 2012 to August 2018, including Deputy Manager, Guest Experience Supervisor, Team Leader, and Cinema Host, where responsibilities included managing cinema operations, enhancing guest experience, staff recruitment, compliance, and hosting events. Prior to that, Chris served as a Performance Analyst at Stoke City Football Club, focusing on game analysis for youth and reserve teams.
