Jeyaseelan Ambrose currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at ENABL A/S since November 2022. Prior to this role, Jeyaseelan held the position of HR Manager at Same Deutz Fahr India Pvt Ltd from May 2018 to November 2022, focusing on performance appraisal, pay plans, and talent retention strategies. Jeyaseelan also worked as an HR Manager at ISS Facility Services India Private Limited from July 2013 to January 2016, where responsibilities included recruitment, compliance audits, and policy development. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Louis Vuitton from July 2010 to June 2013, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, and training management for over 600 employees, and holding positions as Senior Officer at RR Donnelley Publishing India Private Limited and Human Resources Executive at Sabare International Ltd. Jeyaseelan holds a Master of Social Work in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Institute of Social Sciences - Madurai, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Science from Madurai Kamaraj University.
