Cécilia Terrasson has worked for various companies in different roles. Cécilia started their work experience in 2018 as a Chargée de communication et marketing digital at Genial.ly, where they worked from January to July. In 2019, they joined En Voiture Simone as a Customer Care Manager, where they assisted customers, provided support through mail, chat, and phone, and worked on improving processes and the quality of the website. In the same company, they also took on the role of Référente formation, which they will hold until May 2023. Cécilia's most recent work experience is as a Customer Success Manager at Entertainment Learning, starting in December 2022.
Cécilia Terrasson completed their Master's degree (M2) in International Business at the Université de Poitiers from 2016 to 2018.
