Caroline Berger currently serves as the Chief Product Officer at En Voiture Simone since January 2024, focusing on team management and process optimization. Additionally, Caroline has been a Coach Product at Noé since July 2023, preparing candidates for interviews and conducting courses on product roadmaps. In the past year, Caroline held the CPO role at HappyPal, leading a team and transitioning the company to a product-driven approach. Previous experience includes Head of Product positions at Wecasa and Pumpkin App, where Caroline managed teams, built product visions, and improved user experiences. Earlier roles encompassed responsibilities at Wonderbox, BNP Paribas, and various marketing positions, with a strong emphasis on user experience, digital strategies, and cross-team collaboration.
