Eri Hasegawa has been working in various roles since 2012. In 2012, they worked as an English Instructor at iTTi Japan Co. Ltd., where they taught approximately 50 students and won the New Teacher's Award. In 2013, they worked as a Producer at NHK International, Inc., where they managed the event, Lucca Comics & Games + Japan Media Arts Festival in Lucca, Italy. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at NHK International, Inc. as a Project Coordinator / NGO + Donor Coordinator, International Project Division, where they coordinated a 3-year project worth approx. USD 4 million (JPY460 million) and analysed 6 project issues and formulated project implementation structure. In 2019, they worked as a Policy Researcher at RENOVA, Inc. and as a Strategy Consultant at Emzingo.
Eri Hasegawa completed a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from Toyo Eiwa University between 2008 and 2012. Eri then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration from IE Business School, which they completed in 2019.
