Asma Al Falahi has held multiple positions in the IT field since 2012. Asma began their career as a Trainee at Nawras, where they gained an overview knowledge of MS Biztalk, Teleopti, SharePoint, CSI, CDM, and SSM. In 2014, they became an ITARanger Trainee at the Microsoft Center of Expertise. In 2015, they were a SaS Mobile Trainee at the Information Technology Authority - Oman, focusing on Mobile Apps Development including Android, Windows Phone, and iOS. From 2017-2019, they were a Young Professional Program Trainee at SAP, earning SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP Certified Associate - SAP Activate Project Manager. Most recently, they have been a Software Engineer and Software Engineering Intern at eMushrif.

Asma Al Falahi has completed a Bachelor's degree in IT - Software Engineering from the Higher College of Technology between 2009 and 2014. In 2018, they attended The National Youth Program for Skills Development - Sultanate of Oman, and also obtained two certifications from SAP that same year. In 2019, they enrolled in a Nanodegree program from Udacity in Data Foundations, and is currently studying at the National University of Singapore.
