Nicole Howland is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and process improvement. Currently serving as Process Improvement Manager at Emtelle since July 2021, Nicole also held the position of Product and Sales Engineer. Prior experience includes a role as Key Holder at Clarks from March 2016 to June 2021, and a founding member and Head of Social for the Edinburgh Napier Engineering Society, where responsibility included organizing events for engineering students. Early career experience includes working as a Café worker at Geheb Conditori from March 2011 to February 2016. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Advanced Materials Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, both obtained from Edinburgh Napier University.
