Josh Turner is an experienced engineering manager currently leading the Engineering Team at Electronic Manufacturing Services Group, Inc. since January 2014, where responsibilities include designing PCB arrays and managing the ordering of custom stencils for Paste Printing. In addition to engineering duties, Josh also serves as the Safety Coordinator, overseeing the Safety Committee and conducting quarterly facility assessments. Prior experience includes working as a Manufacturing Engineer at Electronic Manufacturing Services Group from 2005 to 2014, where Josh excelled in creating work instructions and maintaining automated production equipment. Earlier roles include Technician Team Lead at CWork Solutions, supervising repair technicians, and Pharmacy Support Lead at Merck Medco, where training new hires was a key responsibility. Josh holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute.
