David Locke is a seasoned facilities management professional, currently serving as the Director of Facilities at Leylaty Group since March 2024. With extensive experience, David has been the Assistant Facilities Manager at Emrill Services LLC since February 2019, leading a team of over 180 in integrated facilities management across various Dubai projects, with full P&L responsibility for multi-million-dirham budgets. Additionally, David has served as the Head of Facilities at Cranleigh School from June 2020 to March 2024, overseeing third-party service providers and managing on-site projects. As a Commercial HVAC-R Building Services Engineer at Mears Group PLC since August 2011, David has been responsible for the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems in commercial and industrial settings. Educational qualifications include an HNC and NVQ in Building Services Engineering from Glasgow Kelvin College, a NEBOSH IGC in Occupational Health & Safety, and certification in Energy Management from The British University in Dubai.
