Carolina Cordaro serves as Subgerente de Comunicaciones Corporativas at Empresas SOCOVESA since April 2013, where responsibility includes developing and leading the corporate communications strategy for the largest real estate holding in Chile, enhancing the company's positioning and internal culture aligned with sustainability, digital transformation, and collaborative work. In September 2021, Carolina began teaching "Liderazgo y Comunicaciones en la Organización" in the Master's program at Universidad Diego Portales. Previous experience includes serving as Marketing & PR Manager at Komax S.A. and progressing from Client Executive to Associate at Burson-Marsteller, where Carolina managed accounts for prominent clients such as Teletón and Bayer. Carolina holds a Magister in Comunicación Estratégica from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, a Diplomado in Inteligencia del Consumidor from Universidad de Chile, and a degree in Public Relations from Universidad de Viña del Mar, graduating with distinction.
