Rosana Machida possesses extensive experience in risk management and compliance, currently serving as Analista de Gestão de Riscos e Compliance at Randoncorp since August 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing the risk management and compliance aspects of Randon companies. Prior to this role, Rosana worked as a Financial Administrative Assistant at Rede Casa do Gaúcho from May 2007 to May 2011. In terms of education, Rosana earned a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu in Cognitive Behavioral Theory from UNESC in September 2022, a Licenciatura in Psychology from Anhanguera Educacional in 2021, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same institution in 2019.
