José Ignacio Caruso's work experience began in 2017 with a professional internship at ENAP, where they were responsible for verifying the delivery and commercialization of various types of hydrocarbons. During this time, they utilized programs such as SAP STMS and Minitab to propose indicators and provide advanced trend analysis.

Currently, Caruso is employed at Empresas Demaria S.A. as the Jefe Trade Marketing. Their responsibilities include designing and executing the trade marketing strategy for each category of the Modern Channel. José Ignacio focuses on increasing sales increments, brand penetration, and market share. Additionally, they ensure the profitability of the category through discount rates, point of sale, budgets, and trade marketing category innovation.
José Ignacio Caruso completed their Master's Degree in Dirección de Empresas Digitales from EADA Business School from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies at Pontificia Universidad Católica de ValparaÃso from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in IngenierÃa Comercial.
