Fernando Araya Cumsille is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance and management. Currently serving as Director at INNOPRINT since June 2023, Fernando is also the Managing Partner of Rainmaker Alternative Assets, where responsibilities include originating and structuring investments in alternative assets for high net worth individuals and institutional investors since May 2011. In addition, Fernando holds board roles at Magical Startups and as a member of the advisory council for EMPRESAS ARIZTIA. Furthermore, Fernando represents Antarctica Advisors, specializing in Global Food & Agri M&A, and previously served as President of Inmobiliaria Nueva Marbella S.A. until July 2023. Fernando's earlier career includes significant roles at Rabobank as General Manager and at The Chase Manhattan Bank as an Associate. Academic credentials include a degree in Commercial Engineering and an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
