Paola Saravia Divasto serves as the Corporate Manager of Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality at Empresa de Residuos RESITER S.A. since March 2017. Prior to this role, Paola held the position of Risk Prevention Manager at OHL Concesiones from December 2015 to February 2017 and was an ES&H Senior Supervisor at Bechtel Chile between October 2010 and October 2015. Paola's career began at Mel贸n Hormigones, where responsibilities included overseeing Safety, Health, and Environment, and serving on the Executive Committee for the company, which operates 54 industrial plants in Chile. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Strategic Management and Planning from Pontificia Universidad Cat贸lica de Chile, a Diploma in Management Systems from Universidad de Chile, and a Technical Degree in Risk Prevention from Universidad de Magallanes.
