Mariana Aguirre is the proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability, a position held since August 2020. Concurrently, Mariana serves as the Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and a role as a nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana was a university lecturer at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Educationally, Mariana holds a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015) and a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020).
