Mandi Mayfield, MBA, is a seasoned Senior Engineering Manager with extensive experience in program management, business process optimization, and customer technical support. Currently pursuing a new opportunity since August 2023, Mandi previously held the role of Senior Engineering Manager at Western Digital from December 2012 to July 2023, where responsibilities included managing cross-functional projects and implementing process transformations across multiple legacy companies. Mandi's prior positions include managerial roles at Advanced Energy and Maxtor Corporation, as well as a range of engineering roles at Seagate Technology. Mandi holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver.
