Jennifer Mitchell has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jennifer is currently working as the Area Director of Operations at EmpowerMe Wellness. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Vice President at Encore Rehabilitation Services from August 2021 to October 2023. Before that, they held several roles at Encore Rehabilitation Services, including Regional Therapy Program Manager and Director of Rehabilitation Services for Crofton Care and Rehab. Jennifer also has experience as the Director of Rehab at Select Medical and Trinity Rehab. Jennifer began their career as a Regional Director at Mid South Rehab.

Jennifer Mitchell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist from Delta State University in 1996. Jennifer then pursued a Master of Science degree in the same field at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, completing it in 1998.
