Shenila Momin is an experienced professional in community initiatives and scholarship management with a background in educational program development. Currently serving as the Manager of Community Initiatives at Empowerate since January 2019, Shenila previously held various roles within the Aga Khan Development Network from November 2007 to February 2018, including Scholarship Manager and Scholarship Officer, where strategic direction and oversight were provided for scholarship programs across 21 countries. Shenila's earlier experience also includes a position as Manager of Scholarships Administration and Program Development at the Aga Khan Education Board USA, significantly improving loan collections. Educational qualifications include a Masterā€™s degree in Higher, Adult and Lifelong Education and a Bachelorā€™s degree in Management, both from Michigan State University.
