Kim Reynolds is an experienced human resource executive currently serving as Group Director at Walmart since August 2021, and also as a member of empowER: The Employee Relations Community since June 2018. Previous roles include Vice President of Associate Care Group and HR Business Partner at Lowe's Companies, where significant contributions included leading the transformation of associate relations and implementing a new case management system, as well as guiding HR responses during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additional experience includes roles at Compass Group and McDonald's Corporation. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management, both from Kent State University.
