Katherine Martini Miles, GPHR, serves as the Head of Employee Relations at Vanguard, leading a team responsible for managing employee relations and HR investigations for approximately 15,000 employees. With extensive experience in various HR leadership roles at Vanguard, including Senior HR Business Partner for the Legal & Compliance division and Financial Advisor Services, Katherine has a proven track record in talent management, organizational readiness, and performance management. Prior roles at Deloitte Consulting involved guiding human capital strategies for significant global transformations in the pharmaceutical sector. Katherine holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia, an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and is currently engaged in the High Potentials Leadership Program at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
