Currently serving as the Director of Product Strategy at Empower since September 2014, Teresa has successfully established strategic frameworks that align initiatives for future growth. Previous roles include Lead Product Strategy and Sr. Product Strategy Manager, where Teresa contributed to various wealth management strategies and financial wellness offerings. Teresa's background also includes teaching at Regis University and substantive roles at Great-West Financial, where Teresa was nominated for the Presidents Award.
