Jason Rask is a seasoned professional in data analytics and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Data Analytics at Empower since June 2021. Prior to this role, Jason held positions such as Manager of Customer Data Science at Briq and Manager of Strategy & Analytics at LaSalle Network, where significant contributions included the creation of a Strategy and Analytics Department that notably reduced operational expenses by $300,000. Earlier career experiences at GE Capital and American Express involved leading initiatives that generated substantial cost savings, including over $20MM in total savings at GE Capital. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University, earned in 2010.
