Megan Ayers is a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist at Empower Partnerships since March 2020, focusing on documentation and operational performance insights. Previously, Megan served as a Lead Recruiter, coaching team members on ATS software and developing recruitment metrics, and worked as a High Volume Recruiter, enhancing recruiting processes and preparing offer letters. Concurrently, Megan functions as an RPO Recruiting Operations Partner at OnTrac and as a Dance Instructor and Dancer at CaZo Dance Center and CaZo Dance Company, respectively, where curriculum development and performance artistry are key responsibilities. Earlier roles include Scheduler at AIG Retirement Services and Retail Associate at Marshalls Convenience Stores. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and an Associate of Arts in Dance from Scottsdale Community College.
