Brian Holman has a work experience spanning across several roles and organizations. Brian began their career in 2002 as a Teacher at Osborn School District, where they worked until 2008. Brian then joined Teach for America as a Program Director, a role they held until 2012. Finally, in 2012, they became the Executive Director at Empower College Prep.

Brian Holman earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington, where they studied from 1998 to 2002.
