Jennifer Dantzler is a seasoned professional in the field of education and behavioral health, currently serving as a Leadership Coach at Empower Behavioral Health since May 2022. With an extensive career that began in April 2003, Jennifer has held the position of Executive Director at Including Kids, Inc., where responsibilities include directing programs for students aged 3-22 diagnosed with Autism or related disorders. Jennifer's expertise encompasses Applied Behavior Analysis techniques, including discrete trial training, natural environment training, and the promotion of inclusion and communication through various methods. Academically, Jennifer holds a Post-Masters Certificate in the Education of Individuals with Autism from The Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Science in Special Education from Simmons University, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary/Special Education from American University.
