Janice Proctor has over 30 years of experience in contract management and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Contract Manager at Empower AI since September 2006, Janice has developed extensive expertise in contract administration. Prior to this role, Janice worked as a Contract Administrator at Titan from 1999 to 2006 and held positions as an Administrative Assistant at CBSI and CACI from 1999 to 2002 and 1994 to 1997, respectively. Janice began their career in 1991 as a Receptionist at Earth Technology and progressed through various administrative roles, showcasing a solid foundation in administrative functions and contract management throughout the years.
