Karen Sampson is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Caesars Entertainment, Inc. since June 2023. With a strong background in HR leadership, Karen has held various positions, including Human Resources Director at Emporium and Royal Palms Resort and Spa, and Area Human Resources Director at Levy Restaurants. Karen’s career began at Quiksilver as an HR Generalist and Corp Recruiter, followed by roles as a Sr. Associate Relations Advisor at Option One Mortgage / H&R Block Mortgage, and Regional HR Manager at Motel 6 G6 Hospitality. Karen holds a degree from Arizona State University, obtained between 1993 and 1997.
