Tracy Hartman is the Business Development Manager at EmployIndy. Tracy has previous experience as the Director of Business Development for Continental Inc and Tri-Star Filtration Inc. Tracy has a passion for helping others and finding cost saving solutions. Tracy is excited to be a part of the EmployIndy team and looks forward to helping the company grow.

Tracy Hartman has completed a 2012 Indiana Economic Development Course. Building Better Communities from Ball State University and is currently attending Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis.

Tracy Hartman reports to Chelsea Meldrum, Chief Development & External Affairs Officer. They are on a team with Connie Harris - Business Development Manager, Wendy Parker - Business Development Manager, WIO, and Robin Kildall - Director, Development.
