Leah Skrlj has work experience at two companies. Leah started working at lululemon in 2015 as a Sales Associate and eventually held roles as Key Leader/Manager, Visual Merchandise Lead, Assistant Store Manager and Regional Product Co-Lead, and Global Team Lead. Their tenure at lululemon ended in March 2021. In 2021, they joined Lever as an Enterprise Business Development Representative, and in April 2022, they transitioned into the role of Small Business Account Executive.

Leah Skrlj's education history includes attending the University of Guelph-Humber from 2014 to 2018. During this time, they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Leah also attended the University of Guelph from 2014 to 2018 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Media Studies and Public Relations. In addition, they attended Humber College during the same period and earned a Diploma of Education in Communication and Media Studies.
