Gayle Litov, PHR, currently serves as Communications Manager for IT at EMPLOYERS, where responsibilities include developing and implementing a multi-channel IT communications strategy, measuring effectiveness of communications, and aligning IT initiatives with corporate goals. Previously, Gayle held the position of Manager of Human Resources at the same company, advising on HR-related matters across various business units. Before EMPLOYERS, Gayle was Director of Human Resources at DermOne LLC, overseeing HR policies for a large employee base, and served as Vice President of Human Resources at Alere Health, where strategic HR initiatives were aligned with business objectives. Gayle earned a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from California State University - East Bay and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Davis.
