Dan Killins has extensive work experience in risk advisory services, consulting, safety and health management, and emergency response coordination. Dan began their career with the U.S. Coast Guard as a Marine Science Technician before transitioning to roles at ASCO Environmental, Delhaize Group, and the City of Rockville Maryland, where they focused on safety and risk management. Dan then held the position of Safety and Health Technical Manager at Walt Disney World. More recently, they worked as a Consultant at Comp Options/Florida Blue and currently holds the position of Director of Risk Advisory Services at EMPLOYERS.

Dan Killins has a diverse education history in the field of risk management, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) specialist, leadership and management, and industrial hygiene and environmental compliance. Dan has obtained several certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills in these areas.

Dan Killins earned a certificate in Risk Management (ARM) from the Insurance Institute of America. Dan also completed a certificate program in Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Specialist from the Corporate Finance Institute®.
