Alexis Sova is a Clinical Advisor at Employers Health since July 2023, with a strong background in pharmacy. Prior experience includes serving as a Pharmacy Resident and Student Pharmacist at The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy from August 2019 to May 2023, and as a Medication Assistance Program Intern at Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center-James Cancer Hospital & Solove Research Institute from May 2019 to November 2021, where approximately 700 patients were assisted in obtaining funding for medications. Alexis also worked as a certified pharmacy technician at Holzer Health System and has experience in various healthcare and educational roles, including peer tutoring at Ohio University and a summer internship at Women’s Health of Western New York. Alexis holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Ohio University.
