Lee Fixel is the founder of Addition, an investment firm focused on early and growth stage companies. Fixel was previously a Partner at Tiger Global Management, LLC, where he was head of the firmā€™s private equity business. He has backed companies including Peloton, Stripe, Spotify, Roblox, Flipkart, Freshworks, Warby Parker, MercadoLibre, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Fixel earned a B.S. in business administration, finance and accounting from Washington University in St. Louis and is a CFA charterholder. He serves on the board of trustees of his alma mater and is a director of the Michael J. Fox Foundation.
