Christina Chang is currently a server at Employees Only NYC. Christina previously served as the Executive Vice President & Deputy CEO of Vital Strategies from September 2019 to February 2022. In this role, Christina provided overall executive leadership to public health programs, policy, advocacy, communications, research, and country offices to identify strategic opportunities, develop partnerships, ensure operational excellence, and drive innovation.

Prior to their role at Vital Strategies, Christina served as the Chief External Affairs Officer at Planned Parenthood of New York City, Inc. from June 2013 to August 2019. In this role, Christina led communications, policy development, community organizing and mobilization, and advocacy efforts for the organization. Christina also developed and implemented policy, legislative, regulatory, and communications agenda. Additionally, Christina liaised and coordinated with city, state, and federal legislators and policymakers. Christina defined advocacy and electoral agenda and oversaw activities of Planned Parenthood of NYC's Action Fund, Planned Parenthood NYC Votes, and Planned Parenthood NYC Votes PAC.

Christina Chang has a MPP from Harvard Kennedy School and a BA in Psychology from Stanford University.
