Mimi Leonard has extensive experience in leadership and governance across various organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member at Employees First since November 2021, Mimi previously held the position of Board of Governors at The Bald Head Island Club from September 2018 to September 2021. Between September 2010 and December 2016, Mimi was the President and CEO of Consortium Health Plans. Prior to that, a tenure at Mercer from August 1997 to September 2010 as Worldwide Partner showcased strong contributions to the company. Mimi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Wells College, which was completed between 1970 and 1975.
