Kimberly Furniss is a seasoned benefits professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Senior Benefits Consultant at Employees First since July 2023, Kimberly previously held roles such as Voluntary Benefits Regional Director at ING and Voluntary Benefits Consultant at Voya Financial. With a foundational career at Unum as an Account Executive/Sales Representative, Kimberly has developed a strong expertise in partnering with local brokers to sell Group and Voluntary Benefits for employee groups ranging from 2 to 2,000 employees.
