Pat Albregts serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dexter Apache Holdings, Inc., a prominent employee-owned company focused on delivering exceptional value to stakeholders since August 2004. With a wealth of experience in leadership roles, Pat previously held positions such as President and CEO at Dexter Apache Holdings, Vice President and General Manager at Sterling Plumbing, and President at both Canac Kitchens and Robern, a Kohler Company. Earlier career endeavors included significant roles at Rubbermaid Australia, Little Tikes Commercial Play, Western Publishing, Fisher Price Toys, and IBM Corporation. Pat holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
