Cristina Marfa, MBA, currently serves as the IT Clinical Implementations Project Manager at NY Hotel Trades Council & Hotel Assoc. of NYC Employee Benefit Funds, where responsibilities include managing project updates, vendor onboarding processes, and financial reporting. Previously, Cristina held various IT roles, including Healthcare Systems Support Analyst at the same organization, and Systems Analyst positions at NYC Health + Hospitals and TEKsystems, providing technical support and troubleshooting for healthcare IT systems. With a foundational background in nursing, Cristina also gained business analysis experience at HSBC and help desk support at UnitedHealth Group and Wipro Technologies. Cristina holds an MBA from Ateneo Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the College of the Holy Spirit Manila.
