Dawn Nelson has garnered extensive experience in client relations, operations, and business development across various industries. Currently serving as Multitasking Master at Employco USA, Inc. since September 2018, Nelson previously held the role of Strategic Client Relations and Customer Retention Specialist for high-profile media and non-profit fundraising companies from October 2010 to September 2018. Additionally, Nelson contributed to Gratus.io in operations and sales for TipGenie, Inc. from October 2017 to June 2018 and served as Senior Account Manager at ACD Direct between February 2010 and March 2015.
