Michael Heliker is a Software Engineering Manager at EmployBridge since January 2020, also serving as an Adjunct Faculty member at Harper College since September 2018, where Michael contributes real-world experience to the web development program. Prior to these roles, Michael held positions as Software Engineer III at CDK Global and ADP Dealer Services, specializing in user interface design and collaboration with UX teams. Michael has a strong background in academia, having taught web design and coding at various institutions, including Benedictine University and The Art Institute of Illinois - Schaumburg. Michael's earlier experience includes roles as Senior Web Designer at American Institutes for Research and Lead Web Designer at Learning Point Associates, enhancing skills in web and mobile interface development throughout a career that began with Mikelangelo Design. Education includes a Master of Science in Digital Cinema and Motion Graphics from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from Northern Illinois University.
