Otto Kovařík began their work experience in 2008 as a Web Developer at Bmedia. Otto then moved on to work as a Senior Web Developer at 2FRESH Prague from 2009 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Socialbakers as a Developer and worked on their main products as a Front-end developer. Otto later became the Agile Team Manager, responsible for managing two teams with different roles. In 2019, they were promoted to Director of Software Engineering at Socialbakers, a position they held until 2021. Currently, they serve as the Director of Software Engineering at Emplifi.

Otto Kovařík completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of West Bohemia, Pilsen in the years 2004 to 2008. Other education details are not provided.
