Joseph Ricci is an experienced engineering manager currently leading at Emplifi since June 2023, following a tenure at Oracle from December 2019 to May 2023, where roles included Software Engineering Manager, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer in Test. Prior to Oracle, Joseph worked as a Catastrophe Modeler at Aon, focusing on the analysis of natural catastrophes and portfolio data using various data analysis tools. Joseph's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University at Buffalo, where teaching assistant and instructor roles were also held during studies.
