Phyllis DeLeon has been working as a Process Improvement & Training Manager at NAMM California since November 1996. Prior to that, Phyllis worked as a Data Conversion Specialist at the United States Postal Service from January 1996 to May 1998, and as a Customer Service Representative at Southern California Edison (SCE) from December 1993 to September 1995. Phyllis attended Citrus College from 1988 to 1991.
