Richard Escalante has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2012 when they became a Business Owner for Cash for Gold Exchange. In 2014, they held three positions simultaneously: Sales Manager for FLAWLESS WHOLESALE & DISTRIBUT, Life Agent for Aflac, and International Sales Manager for Flawless Vape Distribution. In 2020, they became an Account Executive for Empire Imports llc.

Richard Escalante obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Cypress College between 2005 and 2007.
