Jason Croskrey MD is an experienced ophthalmologist currently practicing at Empire Eye Physicians since June 2021. Prior to this role, Jason Croskrey served in the United States Air Force as an ophthalmologist from August 2018 to June 2021 and worked at the Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center - 59th Medical Wing from July 2017 to August 2018. Jason Croskrey completed residency training at SAUSHEC from July 2013 to June 2017. Academically, Jason Croskrey earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2013 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology from Brigham Young University in 2009.
