Lauren Zilinsky has a diverse background in the hospitality industry, with extensive experience in bartending and management roles. Currently serving as a bartender at Empire Eats since March 2021, Lauren previously held the position of Assistant General Manager at bartaco from May 2018 to April 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Bartender at Market Broiler for five years, bartending at Saddle Ranch Chop House, and several years bartending at TGI Fridays. Lauren began a career in the industry as a server at Black Cow Cafe from November 2006 to December 2011. Educational credentials include attendance at Pasadena City College from 2007 to 2010 and graduation from Crescenta Valley High School in 2006.
