Andrew Bruce is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in various kitchen roles. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at The Pit Authentic Barbeque since January 2013, Andrew has honed skills in managing a semi fine dining barbeque restaurant that accommodates 300 guests and offers catering services. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as Assistant Kitchen Manager at Carrabba's Italian Grill from August 2006 to January 2013, where expertise in American-Italian cuisine was developed. Earlier experience includes positions as Assistant Inventory Control Manager at PNC Arena, enhancing logistical skills in a large venue, and as Sous Chef at Good Day Café, focusing on southern style fare. Andrew's foundational education was completed at Middle Creek High School between 2003 and 2006.
