Andrew Bruce is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in various kitchen roles. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at The Pit Authentic Barbeque since January 2013, Andrew has honed skills in managing a semi fine dining barbeque restaurant that accommodates 300 guests and offers catering services.
