Barry Bowden has diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Barry began their career as a Professional Baseball Player for the Kansas City Royals from July 2008 to August 2011. Following that, they joined Baker Hughes as a Laboratory Technician, where they analyzed oilfield samples, tested products, and developed recommendations based on lab data and facility layout from December 2011 to November 2012. Barry then joined Nalco Champion, an Ecolab Company, as a Sales Representative, where they served as an Account Manager, led monthly business review meetings, and managed inventory from November 2012 to April 2019. Barry then worked at Empire Mat as a Project Manager from March 2019 to November 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at Empire Group since November 2020.

Barry Bowden completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Southern Miss College of Business and Economic Development in the years 2004 to 2008.
