Agnieszka Kosmala possesses extensive experience in human resources management across multiple industries. Currently serving as an HR specialist at Empik Group since February 2023, Agnieszka previously held the position of HR Director at Mondi Group from March 2020 to February 2023. Prior to that, Agnieszka was HR Director for Mowi ASA in Central Europe and Poland, and served as HR Director at IKEA Group. Agnieszka also owned Human Assets, providing strategic HR support, and held various HR roles at DHL Express Poland, Rigips Polska, and Agros Nowa Pińczów. Agnieszka's educational background includes an MBA in Strategic Human Resources from Kozminski University and an engineering degree focused on water treatment and environmental protection from Politechnika Krakowska, along with coaching certification from the InnerMastering Institute.
