Doug leads on the bespoke learning design for our in-house training programmes. He works closely with our clients and account management team to create business-writing programmes that help organisations to transform their communications and achieve their goals. He is also a versatile and engaging trainer, having run sessions with clients from Aon to London Business School and Virgin Media.
Doug’s background is in journalism, and he has 20 years’ experience working as a reporter, editor and sub-editor with newspapers including The Evening Standard, The Daily Telegraph, The Times and The Sun. He also works as a copywriter.
